Steps: mourn, forgive, forget, move on and be free

You never forget what happened, but being able to forgive is a gift you give yourself." Sometimes, when I let myself think, the pain is unbearable, it slashes my heart in an instant... So I must take this steps - mourn, forgive, forget, move on. And be free, at last.
